Can technology cut corruption in India?

In 2013 India was ranked only 94th in the Transparency International index - where first place is perceived to be the least corrupt nation. By 2015 it had moved up to 76th. So still a long way to go, but might adapting more technology be helping India to slowly clean up its act as well as its image? Shilpa Kannan finds out more for India Business Report.
