If you are using a personal health records application, like Microsoft HealthVault, you've made a start on being proactive with your personal health. Unfortunately, Microsoft HealthVault and other personal health record applications are not able to display full size diagnostic-quality medical images. Some applications do provide thumbnail images, but your physicians cannot use thumbnails to diagnose or treat.
