Iraq troops is going back before IS and IS captured city,

Iraqi troops retreat from Ramadi as IS captures... by mohsin-naqvi

Islamic State says that it has now captured the whole of the Iraqi city of Ramadi, with government forces retreating in chaos. This comes despite Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi appealing to his security forces not to abandon the city.
More than 500 people are thought to have been killed in the past two days. Ramadi is located just 70 miles (112km) to the west of the capital, Baghdad.
Meanwhile, US-led air strikes have been stepped up, with 18 launched against IS militants since Saturday.
